Lynn Schenk

Lynn Schenk became a director in 2008. She is an attorney in private practice. She served as Chief of Staff to the Governor of California from 1999 to 2003. She served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing California's 49. from 1993 to 1995 and as the California Secretary of Business, Transportation and Housing from 1980 to 1983. She is also a director of Biogen Idec Inc., a trustee of The Scripps Research Institute, a director of the California High Speed Rail Authority and the San Diego Consortium for Regenerative Medicine, and a member of the University of San Diego School of Law, Board of Visitors.
