Anne Bartley is a Trustee of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors. Her involvement in philanthropy and politics has been motivated by her desire to create stronger and more just societies. As a foundation trustee, member of donor alliances, a board member of progressive organizations and a political activist, she has sought to organize individuals and financial assets for more focused advocacy giving. She has been active with many organizations, including the Funders Committee for Citizen Participation, the Democracy Alliance, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, the Rockefeller Family Fund, the Committee on Developing Donor Alliances and America Coming Together. Educated at Sarah Lawrence College, Finch College and Teachers College of Columbia University, she holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree.
