Mr. Huddleston founded Aethon in 1990. He has over 35 years of operations, investment, and development experience within the energy industry. Albert Huddleston was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Hyperion Resources and was responsible for the founding of Legacy Investments, Inc. in 1990. Mr. Huddleston has led Hyperion in the acquisition of hundreds of millions worth of oil and gas properties. Mr. Albert Huddleston is currently employed at Hyperion Resources, Inc. in the position of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to the founding of Legacy Investments, Mr. Huddleston managed various family investments in real estate, as well as oil and gas. His management also extends to the family's philanthropic efforts, through the Huddleston Community Service Initiative. As CEO of Hyperion Resources, Mr. Albert Huddleston has visited Iraq numerous times since February 2004, and has met with a wide cross-section of Iraqis involved in the oil sector and various levels of government and business, as well as religious and cultural leaders. Hyperion Resources was one of the first US oil and gas companies to sign a memorandum of understanding and establish a joint steering committee (JSC) with the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. Albert Huddleston started his career as a petroleum engineer at Houston Oil & Minerals and later worked as an independent petroleum land man for Hunt Energy Corporation. Mr. Albert Huddleston is a 1975 graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science.He grew up in Maryville, Tennessee in the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. A wing at the Blount Memorial Hospital, in Maryville, was named for Albert Huddleston's grandfather and namesake, A.D. Huddleston, in appreciation for his perseverance in securing the land on which the hospital was founded in 1945.Albert Huddleston's hometown, Maryville, has a deep connection to Texas history.
