LittleSis: David W Quinn

Retired as Vice Chairman. Mr. Quinn retired as vice chairman of our board and an employee of Centex on March 31, 2002. Mr. Quinn was elected vice chairman of the board in May 1996 and was our chief financial officer from February 1987 until June 1997 and from October 1997 through May 2000. Mr. Quinn served as executive vice president of Centex from February 1987 until his election as vice chairman of the board. Mr. Quinn is also a director of Eagle Materials Inc.
