Michael J Bayer

Michael J. Bayer has been a director since September 2006 and is a member of our Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Since 2003, he has been a private consultant in the energy and national security sectors and, from 2006 to 2007, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dumbarton Strategies LLC, an energy and national security consulting firm. He is the Chairman of the U.S. Department of Defense's Business Board and a member of the Sandia National Laboratory's National Security Advisory Panel, the U.S. Department of Defense's Science Board and the Chief of Naval Operations' Executive Panel. He is a director of Stratos Global Corporation and Willbros Group, Inc.
