Mark L Mitchell

Mark L. Mitchell previously served on the Ameritrade board of directors from December 1996 to January 2006 and is the co-founder and principal at CNH Partners, LLC. He has served as a finance professor at Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago and as a senior financial economist for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has his B.B.A. in economics from the University of Louisiana, as well as an M.A. in economics and a Ph.D. in applied economics from Clemson University.
