Tyrone C Fahner

Tyrone C. Fahner, Chicago, is the former Attorney General of the State of Illinois and Chair of Mayer Brown LLP. Ty specializes in complex litigation and trial work, including health care litigation and matters involving the state Attorneys General. He has extensive experience in civil and criminal matters, including complex class actions, trade regulation, products liability, white collar crime, fraud, securities and multi-district litigation. Ty is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Ty is a former Attorney General of Illinois. Ty served on the Management Committee of Mayer Brown from 1985 to 2007, including serving as co-Chairman (1998-2001) and Chairman (2001-2007).
