LittleSis: Dana Walden

Dana Walden serves as Chairman of Twentieth Century Fox Television (TCFTV), the prolific supplier of blockbuster television programming and home to many of the most acclaimed writers, producers and performers working in television. Walden is partnered in this position with Gary Newman. The two have overseen the operations of TCFTV since December 1999. Walden joined the creative department in 1994, prior to the restructuring of the studio's creative unit into separate departments for comedy and drama, and served as Vice President of Current Programming. She previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Media and Corporate Relations for both Twentieth Television and Twentieth Century Fox Television. She began her career at the public relations firm Bender, Goldman & Helper. At the time of her departure she was Vice President of the company's Consumer Television Division. Walden sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Los Angeles Zoo, the Chrysalis organization and the Los Angeles Free Clinic. She has been honored by UCLA’S Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation, the Los Angeles Free Clinic was given the Legal Aid Foundation’s “Access to Justice” award. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communications, she resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Matt Walden, and their two daughters.
