Anthony Luzzatto Gardner

Anthony Luzzatto Gardner joined Palamon Capital Partners in November 2007 and today serves as Managing Director of Structured Finance. He is a US and Italian national fluent in English, Italian and French, with a working knowledge of Spanish, German and Russian. Mr Gardner joined Palamon from Bank of America, where he was Executive Director, European Leveraged Finance. Previously he spent five years with GE, working on M&A transactions across Europe and subsequently in its Leveraged Finance Group. He has also practised as a lawyer for eight years in Europe. Mr Gardner holds a BA from Harvard College, an MPhil from Oxford University, a Juris Doctor with distinction from Columbia Law School and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
