David E Sturrock

David Sturrock was born in 1957 in Lynwood, Calif. He later moved to New York and eventually settled in Marshall, Minn., in 1996, where he is a political science professor at Southwest Minnesota State University. Sturrock has been a member of the Marshall City Council since 2000, where he is chairman of the Government Affairs Committee. He has also served as chairman of the city's planning commission and as a member of the Community Services Board and Joint City-County Planning Task Force.
