Shane Archer

Shane Archer is a proven operational leader and strategic thinker with a passion for maximizing profits for Premiere Credit’s clients. He provides leadership to collection teams working on behalf of numerous guaranty agencies, as well as government clients, including the United States Department of Education. Shane began his career as a collector and appreciates firsthand the challenges faced by Premiere Credit staff every day. “Good collectors know how to work with consumers to resolve debt issues regardless of the economic climate,” he said. Shane is a hands-on motivator and makes time each day to mentor collectors. Shane is an innovator with expertise in process improvement, operational leadership and creative problem solving. Prior to joining Premiere Credit, he held various senior management positions. His experience includes private credit, guarantor, tax, and campus-based recovery programs.
