Donna O'Kane

Prior to joining Promontory, Donna spent 16 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. As a Senior Examiner, she was responsible for the supervision and regulation of domestic banks and bank-holding companies, as well as branches and agencies of foreign-banking organizations located in the United States. Donna has particular depth in evaluating credit risk management programs, including internal-risk ratings, credit-loss projections and concentrations. She also has deep knowledge of monitoring and assessing operational risk, and evaluating Basel capital compliance. She also served as an Associate National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Prior to her regulatory experience, she worked in the commercial real estate industry.
