Michael Patriarca

Before joining Promontory, Mike most recently served six years as Executive Vice President of Risk Management and Audit for Visa International in San Francisco, where as a member of the management team he was responsible for audit and risk management globally. Mike also directed the audit, security, and compliance functions at Wells Fargo Bank while serving as Executive Vice President and General Auditor. During seven years at Wells Fargo, he also served as Risk Control Officer and as President of Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Prior to his work as a financial services executive, Mike served as Regional Director, West Region, of the Office of Thrift Supervision, where he directed regulatory activities in 11 western states and led the redesign of the agency's methods of examining and supervising thrifts. He has held other senior positions at the OTS and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
