From his LinkedIn: I am currently the EVP - President of the Wine and Spirits Division of Constellation Brands and am also the Chairman and minority owner of John Hardy. I was John Hardy’s CEO from August 2014 until June 2019. Prior to John Hardy, I was the CEO of American Eagle Outfitters from 2012-2014 From 2010-2012, I was Global Brand President for Levi's and was a member of Levi Strauss & Co.'s worldwide leadership team. I was the President of LS&Co's. North, Central and South American business from 2008-2010. I began my career with LS&Co. in 1988, holding increasingly important positions, including Director of Marketing, Levi's® Kids; Vice-President, Marketing and Brand Development, Dockers®; Senior Vice-President, Brand Development, Europe, Middle East & Africa; and President, Levi’s® Brand, Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior to joining LS&Co., I worked for the global advertising firm, Foote, Cone & Belding. I serve on the Board and HR/Governance Committee of Canopy Growth Corporation. From 2013 to 2019, I served on the Board of Directors, HR and Audit Committees for Constellation Brands. I also served on the Board of Directors, Compensation (Chair) and Audit Committees of URBN from 2018 to 2019 (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People). I am a Board Director of Outright Action International, a global LGBTQI Human Rights Organization. I have also been a Board Director for several other NGOs including: The Hetrick-Martin Institute, Home of the Harvey Milk High School; The Levi Strauss Foundation; The Pittsburgh Promise; The Andy Warhol Museum; and The Pittsburgh Opera. I focus my philanthropy in the areas of Social Rights, HIV/AIDS, Youth Development, Education and the Arts.
