Gerald R. Dinkel has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Colt Defense LLC at Colt Finance Corp. since October 14, 2010. Mr. Dinkel serves as Strategic Advisor of TSG Solutions, Inc. He serves as a Manager of Colt Defense LLC. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of White Electronic Designs Corp. since August 12, 2009. Mr. Dinkel served as a Senior Advisor of Cubic Corp. since June 7, 2007. He has been a Senior Advisor to Washington, DC-based Renaissance Strategic Advisors, since 2007. Mr. Dinkel served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cubic Defense Applications, The Defense Segment of Cubic Corp., from April 23, 2003 to June 7, 2007. Mr. Dinkel served as Vice President of Defense Group, a subsidiary of Cubic Corp., from 2001 to June 7, 2007. Prior to joining Cubic Corporation, Mr. Dinkel had a long career at Westinghouse Electronic Systems, now part of Northrop Grumman, where he was instrumental in the growth of the airborne radar and weapon systems businesses. He served as a Director of White Electronic Designs Corp. from August 2009 to 2010. Mr. Dinkel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana.
