Warren L. Batts served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mead and Chief Operating Officer of Dart Kraft. Mr. Batts served as the Chief Executive Officer of Premark International Inc. from 1986 to 1996. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Tupperware Corporation from 1996 to 1997. He serves as the Chairman of Chicago Children's Memorial Medical Center. He serves as the Chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He has been a Director of Methode Electronics, Inc. since 2001. Mr. Batts serves as a Director of Chicago Climate Exchange Inc. He is a Member of the Advisory Board at CTPartners Board Consultants. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman at Methode Electronics, Inc. since September 15, 2004 until September 13, 2012 and has been its Director since 2001. He served as the Chairman of Premark International Inc. from 1986 to 1997 and Tupperware Corporation from 1996 to 1997. He served as Director of Sprint Corp. FON Group since 1982. He served as a Director of Sprint Corp. (formerly, Sprint Nextel Corp.) since 1982. He served on the boards of Allstate, Sears, Roebuck and Co., Sprint, British Columbia Forest Products, Temple Inland and International Minerals and Chemicals. Mr. Batts served as a Director of Cooper Industries Ltd. since 1986 and Sprint Corp. PCS Group. He served as Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1998. Mr. Batts graduated from Georgia Tech and holds MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to his wife, Batts is survived by a daughter, Terri; and a sister, Judith Warren.
