Mr. Abessinio is the Chief Executive Officer of Roch Capital Inc. Rocco sets the strategic and tactical direction of the firm. He is involved daily in overseeing existing operations as well as evaluating all potential investment opportunities. Rocco is also the founder of Applied Bank and Applied Card Systems, which grew to be the 10th largest issuer of Visa and MasterCard credit cards in the country. He has successfully diversified Applied Bank's operations into retail banking, small business lending, and merchant acquiring. Over the past several years, Rocco has directed the deployment of over 400MM of firm capital into real estate and private equity investments. Mr. Abessinio has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Neumann University.
