Joseph C Farrell

JOSEPH C. FARRELL retired as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The Pittston Company (a security services company), now known as The Brink's Company, in 1998. He is a director of ASA Limited. Mr. Farrell is a member of the Executive Committee, the Executive Compensation, Nominating, and Corporate Governance Committee, and the Pension Investment Committee. He has been a director since 1996.
