Andrew M Murstein

Andrew M. Murstein has been the President of Medallion Financial Corp., since its inception in 1995. Mr. Murstein has been a Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Secretary of National Security Solutions Inc. since January 2008. He serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary of Sports Properties Acquisition Corp. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Medallion Taxi Media Inc., a subsidiary of MFC from its inception. He served as the Director of New Business Development ... of Tri-Magna since 1994 until its acquisition by MFC in May 1996. Mr. Murstein has been a Director of Medallion Financial Corp. since October 1997. He served two terms as a Director of Medallion Funding Corp., a subsidiary of MFC from May 1996 to April 1997. Mr. Murstein holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
