David F Moxam

David F. Moxam serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Authentix Inc. Previously, Mr. Moxam served as the President of Authentix Inc. He served as Co-chief Executive Officer of Starpoint Solutions. He joined Starpoint Solutions from world leader EDS. Prior to joining Starpoint, Mr. Moxam returned to EDS' corporate headquarters as President of strategy, marketing and portfolio management for EDS E.solutions division. Prior to joining EDS, Mr. Moxam ... spent his time implementing market data delivery and trading platforms for a small international software firm. He was one of the founders of the NanoTX conference, and serves on the board of Compassites Software Solutions in Bangalore, India. Mr. Moxam serves as a Director at Texas Nanotechnology Initiative, Authentix, Inc., and U.S. Chamber of Commerce where he co-chairs its Coalition Against Counterfeiting and Piracy technology program. In 2006, Mr. Moxam was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology. He has been a board member of Starpoint since May 1999, is an active industry speaker, and has served on the boards of several pre-IPO firms. Mr. Moxam holds graduate degrees in business administration and physics from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada.
