John Larsen

John Larsen is a Director at RHG and leads the firm’s US power sector work. Previously, John worked for the US Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Policy and Systems Analysis where he advised on electric power sector policy design. Prior to working in government, John led federal and congressional policy analysis in the World Resources Institute’s Climate and Energy Program. John is an Adjunct Professor in the Energy and Climate Program at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, Advanced Academic Programs at Johns Hopkins University and holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master’s in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.
