Mr. Skocki is a Founding Partner at The Normandy Group, L.L.C. and represents a host of diverse clients on appropriations and legislative matters. Mr. Skocki has been successful in securing appropriations funding and legislative provisions for clients. Prior to creating The Normandy Group, Mr. Skocki was the Director of Federal Affairs for Fleischman and Walsh, a Washington, D.C. law firm. Mr. Skocki brings more than 12 years of U.S. House and U.S. Senate legislative experience to the firm, especially in the area of appropriations and policy matters. He served as U.S. Senator DeWine’s Director of Appropriations. In this position, Mr. Skocki was responsible for overseeing and implementing the Senator’s appropriations objectives. In addition, Mr. Skocki was the Senator’s principal advisor on trade, transportation, and economic development issues, and drafted several legislative bills that were enacted into law. Mr. Skocki also worked for Congressman McEwen, Congressman Livingston, the House Appropriations Committee, and served on Speaker-elect Livingston’s leadership staff. Mr. Skocki has excellent contacts and relationships with both Republican and Democratic offices in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Mr. Skocki has a BA from The Ohio State University.
