Andrew Athy Jr

Andrew Athy served on Capitol Hill as counsel to the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Energy and Power chaired by Congressman John D. Dingell. He previously served as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Division, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and Counsel at the Federal Election Commission. He was Chairman of the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board and has been in private law practice since 1981. Mr. Athy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Georgetown University Law Center and a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
