Megan Newlove, a Bowling Green native, has been a three-time member of the Bowling Green City Council, completing her last two-year term at the end of 2009. She was president of the council the last two terms. Newlove received a law degree from the University of Toledo in 1995 and a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University in 1992. A member of the Wood County, Ohio and Michigan bar associations, she is the owner of a title company and specializes in real estate, business and adoption law. She is a member of the BGSU Falcon Club, which supports University athletics. She and her husband, Lloyd Triggs, and their two sons live in Bowling Green. In becoming a trustee, Newlove carries on a family tradition: her father, Richard, was on the board from 1983-92.
