We measure the performance of our fund by the academic achievement of schools in our portfolio, and other indicators of their success including student growth, retention and state test scores, as well as college readiness and success. Each school we fund undergoes a multi-year investment and assessment process to ensure quality performance. We measure the performance of our organization by the growth of the charter sector in our city, and the amount of information and innovation flowing from our schools to the District – and back again. We built CharterScale.org so parents, investors, elected-officials and tax payers can learn more about charter performance.
