Mr. John L. Vogelstein is Senior Advisor (and past president) of Warburg Pincus. He has been active in the field of finance for more than 50 years. Mr. Vogelstein is a director of Mattel, Inc. and Journal Register Co. and Flamel Technologies, Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Prep for Prep; Vice Chairman of the Board of Overseers of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business; a Trustee of New York University, The Jewish Museum and Congregation Emanu-El; a member of the Board of Gillen Brewer School; and a member of the Advisory Board of Christie’s.
