H. Coleman Davis, III who was appointed as a Director in January 2004, is the founder of Keystone RV Company and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman during its five year history prior to Thor's acquisition of Keystone in November 2001. Mr. Davis serves as Chairman of Keystone and served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company from March 2007 to October 2007. Mr. Davis has announced his intention to retire from the Company, including as a director of the Company, effective December 31, 2008.
