Mr. Ronald E. Eibensteiner serves as the President of Wyncrest Capital, Inc. He holds this position since 1993 and has been a seed investor in several early-stage technology companies. Mr. Eibensteiner joined Thunderball as the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman Board of Directors in January 2005. He serves as Secretary of Spectra Gaming Inc. Mr. Eibensteiner served as the Chief Executive Officer and the President from February 2003 to April 2004 and the Chairman of the Board of Spectre Gaming, Inc. (OTCBB: SGMG) from May 1996 to February 2005 and currently serves as its Director. He was a Co-Founder of Diametrics Medical, Inc. Mr. Eibensteiner has been involved in the formation of numerous technology companies and, as the President of Wyncresa, and OnHealth Network Company. In 1983, he co-founded Arden Medical Systems and served as its Chief Financial Officer until its sale to Johnson & Johnson in 1987. Mr. Eibensteiner has been a Director of Nextelligence Inc. (previously Opticon Medical Inc.) since January 1996. He was the Chairman at Prodea Software Corporation, until January 1996. Mr. Eibensteiner was also a Director at BigCharts until its sale to MarketWatch.com in June 1999. He was initially appointed to the Board of Directors of Active IQ Technologies in September 2000. From March 1996 until March 2001, Mr. Eibensteiner served as a Director of Stellent Inc. (formerly known as IntraNet Solutions, Inc.). He served as a Director of Wits Basin Precious Minerals Inc. (formerly Active IQ Technologies, Inc.) since April 30, 2001. Mr. Eibensteiner serves as the Chairman at KidsFirst Scholarship Fund of Minnesota, founded by him. Mr. Eibensteiner is serving his second two-year term as the Chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
