ROBERT J. BENNETT is 66, is a member of the Executive Committee and has been a director since 1998. Mr. Bennett is a private investor, a principal of Wooded Valley Estates, LLC II, a residential property development company, and is a director of Welch Allyn Holdings, Inc.
