RAYMOND R. ONEGLIA, past President of the Moles in 1999, is the Vice Chairman of O&G Industries (“O&G”), a company where he has dedicated over a half century of his life working in construction industry positions ranging from laborer to executive leadership of one of the Northeast’s largest construction companies. Ray was born in 1948, with the construction industry in his blood. He was the grandson of Andrew Oneglia, who co-founded O&G in 1923 with his friend and business partner, Flaviano Gervasini. Ray’s father, Raymond and Raymond’s brothers Francis and George, also devoted their lives to the industry, to ensure that the family’s construction legacy would continue to thrive for decades to come Ray spent his summers working for the family business until he finished college in 1970, when he earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Union College. After he completed college, Ray began working for the company full time. Ray is a lifelong resident of Litchfield County, Connecticut where he makes his home with his wife Ellen. Ray is a father to three children, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Brad. Ray has five grandchildren.
