K David Boyer Jr

Mr. Boyer has been a BB&T director since 2009 and a Branch Bank director since 2013. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of GlobalWatch Technologies, Inc. (an information security consulting and software engineering firm) since 2004. Prior to his election to the BB&T Board, Mr. Boyer served for over 11 years on Branch Bank’s local advisory board in Washington, D.C. This experience provided Mr. Boyer a thorough understanding of BB&T’s banking organization and its values and culture.
