Anand Nallathambi, 55, president and CEO of CoreLogic died on Thursday March 7 2017. The company board approved Nallathambi’s request for medical leave two weeks ago, and Chief Operating Officer Frank Martell became acting CEO on Feb 13 2017. In addition to his new role as president of the consumer information group, Nallathambi will continue to serve as president of First American Credco, a position he has held since 1999. Nallathambi joined First American with the company’s 1995 acquisition of Credco. Since then, he has served as senior vice president of strategic and new business development for First American Real Estate Information Services, Inc., and in 1996, Nallathambi was appointed as president of First American Appraisal Services. Prior to joining Credco in 1991, Nallathambi served as vice president managing mergers and acquisitions for the Bancard division of First Interstate Bank. Nallathambi received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola University in Madras, India. He earned a master’s degree in finance and marketing from California Lutheran University and has professional designations in systems analysis and international business from the University of California at Los Angeles.
