Maria Hummer-Tuttle joined the board in April 2009. She practiced law for approximately 20 years and was a partner and chair of the management committee of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips in Los Angeles. Ms. Hummer-Tuttle has served on a number of boards including The Music Center of Los Angeles County, The Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center, Los Angeles World Affairs Council, Children's Institute Inc., Pitzer College, Mount St. Mary's College and Scripps College. She recently co-authored the book Winfield House, published by Thames & Hudson, and serves on the board of the Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies. She received her B.A. from Scripps College and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
