Helen Frame Peters, Ph.D. has been a director of BJ's since May 2004. Dr. Peters currently is a professor of finance at Boston College. From August 2000 to May 2003, she served as Dean of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Prior to joining Boston College, from 1998 to 1999, Dr. Peters was Chief Investment Officer of the Global Bond Group of Scudder Kemper Investments in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Peters is a Trustee of StreetTracks Funds for State Street Global Advisors. Dr. Peters is Chair of BJ's Finance Committee.
