RAHUL CHANDRAN Executive Director, The Global Alliance For Humanitarian Innovation Rahul Chandran is the Executive Director of the Global Alliance on Humanitarian Innovation. GAHI was launched at the World Humanitarian Summit to take collective action to scale innovation in the humanitarian system. Mr. Chandran has worked across humanitarian, development and peacekeeping, and has lead major system reform efforts, and political negotiations on Afghanistan. Mr. Chandran worked in headquarters and the field for the World Bank, UN-OCHA, UNDP, PBSO, and the Executive Office of the Secretary-General. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Director of the Center on International Cooperation, and previously worked in civil rights and for a number of technology start-ups.
