Edward Britan

Ed Britan is an associate in the Legislative & Public Policy Group in Alston & Bird’s Washington, D.C., office. Ed concentrates on domestic and international privacy law and the impact of federal legislation on multi-national corporations. Prior to joining the firm, Ed assisted the legal team at a large consumer reporting agency, where he worked on compliance issues regarding both state and federal data security and privacy laws, and helped draft the company privacy policy.
