Jennifer Bell provides policy and political expertise on a variety of health care issues, assisting clients in developing, designing and implementing their legislative and regulatory strategies. Before joining the firm, she served as majority health policy advisor to the Senate Finance Committee. In that capacity, she was a member of the chief negotiating team which formulated, passed, and began overseeing the implementation of the landmark Medicare Modernization Act of 2003. Jennifer has advised a number of members of Congress and candidates for national office. She was policy director for Senator John Thune (R-SD) and also served on the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, & Pensions. A licensed speech-language pathologist, Ms. Bell received an M.S. in communication disorders from the University of New Hampshire and a B.A. in french, summa cum laude, from Wheaton College.
