Lieutenant General Skip Hall concluded a thirty-three year career with the U.S. Air Force as the Commander of United States Forces Japan and 5th Air Force. His very extensive service (15 years) in the Asia-Pacific region, including development of national security policy documents and negotiation of country-to-country agreements. After joining Spectrum in 1999, he quickly rose to Director of our Air Force Division, and later to Director of our Community Support Division as a result of his successful support to clients in the 2005 BRAC. He has participated in multiple Specutrm due diligence efforts by analyzing both company business forecasts and market projections in the aerospace industry. He has also been a valued member of numerous Spectrum strategic planning teams. General Hall is a graduate and Distinguished Alumni of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and holds an M.P.A. from Golden Gate University. He has attended senior executive management courses at Harvard and MIT.
