Phebe N Novakovic

Novakovic has been Executive Vice President of Marine Systems at General Dynamics Corp. since May 1, 2010. Ms. Novakovic served as Senior Vice President of Planning and Development of General Dynamics Corp., and its subsidiary General Dynamics Land Systems Inc., from July 2005 to May 1, 2010. Ms. Novakovic served as Vice President, Strategic Planning of General Dynamics Corp. from October 2002 to June 30, 2005. She served as Staff Vice President of General Dynamics Corp. from May 2002 to October 2002; Director of Strategic Planning and Development March 2001 to May 2002 and Special Assistant to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense from July 1997 to March 2001. She serves as Director of Abbott Laboratories.
