Brian Kwait

Brian Kwait is co-president and one the founders of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC, a middle market private equity firm based in New York City. Currently, Odyssey is investing its fourth fund, a $1.5 billion fund. Prior to co-founding Odyssey, he was a principal in the private equity investing group of Odyssey Partners, a multi-strategy hedge fund, from 1989 to 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Safway LLC; One Call Medical Inc; Packaging Holdings Inc.; RanPak Inc; Wastequip and Pro Mach Inc. Prior to joining Odyssey, Mr. Kwait was an associate in the Corporate Finance Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. from 1988 to 1989. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Kwait was a CPA and senior accountant at Ernst & Whinney. A native of Ohio, Mr. Kwait received his undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and received his Masters in Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he resides in Greenwich Connecticut with his wife Randye and his three children.
