As Managing Director of Oxford & Simpson Realty Services, Inc. Paul Amoruso has been active in the commercial real estate brokerage and investment industry for over 20 years. Paul is a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut. He is also a co-founder of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society, which is the Commercial Real Estate Board of Long Island. Paul is the president of Melville Hospitality and currently owns and is active in the development of several hotels, shopping centers and office complexes on Long Island. Paul balances his business with assisting on the boards of non-profit organizations such as The Nature Conservancy, which is involved with the blending of nature and business development on Long Island; Empire State Development, a task force appointed by Governor Pataki; Nassau County Council of Economic Advisors (appointed by the County Executive), Tilles Center Council of Overseers and is the Chairman of Facilities for New York Institute of Technology. Paul received his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Miami and went on to do graduate work in real estate finance at New York University. Paul is the product of Catholic education in his younger years, attending St. Aloysius in Great Neck. He resides in Lloyd Harbor with his wife Barbara and their four children.
