Mr. Clinton’s primary concentration in business has been purchase and management of community banks where he has continuously been lead investor and served as board chairman of various banks and bank holding companies for over 35 years. Experience includes: • Formation of bank holding companies • Merger and sale of banks and bank holding companies • Restructure with intense management resulting in improved performance of acquired problem banks • Built a southeastern regional consumer finance company • Built a nationwide mortgage warehouse REAL ESTATE As Principal, he has developed single and multifamily subdivisions. As Principal, he has built single family, multifamily housing and residential condominiums. Mr. Clinton has detailed experience in land development as well as residential and commercial construction. JD has been a Tennessee licensed real estate broker for over 30 years. TELEVISION As lead investor and Chairman, Mr. Clinton organized a controlling ownership group and built television shopping network Shop at Home from a penny stock to NASDAQ and later sold Shop at Home to a larger public company. As lead investor and Chairman, he created NASDAQ broadcast television company Summit America Television ultimately selling the company and its broadcast stations to a larger public company.
