Jeryl Lynn Hilleman

Jeri has served as a Chief Financial Officer for for over 20 years, and is presently CFO of Ocera Therapeutics, Inc., a public biotechnology company based in Palo Alto, CA. Prior to joining Ocera, Jeri served as CFO of Amyris, Inc., a multi-national, public, renewable products company based in California and Brazil, as CFO of Symyx Technologies, a formerly public company (since acquired) selling instruments, software and research services to pharmaceutical and chemical companies, and at two additional public biotechnology companies, Geron Corporation and Cytel Corporation. Jeri is also a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Xenoport, Inc. and on the Board of Advisors of the Stanford University Equestrian Center. Jeri holds an A.B. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of Business. She is a member of the 1999 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
