Marybeth serves as Berico's CEO, coordinating and aligning the company's diverse programs and technology development efforts with market priorities and customer priorities. Marybeth supported the successful spin off of two companies in 2011, and led the development of Berico’s open source product development strategy. She and her management team have consistently delivered exceptional growth and innovation year over year. Marybeth brings more than 20 years working with technology in the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Commercial and Civilian market spaces. Her career has focused on the effective implementation of technologies; from data warehousing/data mining, to Business Intelligence, process automation and workflow, systems integration, collaboration and knowledge sharing solutions. Prior to joining Berico, she spent over a decade with Price Waterhouse and PricewaterhouseCoopers where she developed and led a series of highly successful federal and commercial technology development projects. When IBM acquired the PricewaterhouseCoopers consulting unit, Marybeth remained and helped build IBM’s services business with key Intelligence and Civilian customers. She has managed multibillion dollar technology projects; and focused on business development and capture for strategic opportunities worth $1B-$2B. Following IBM, Marybeth joined BAE Systems as a Vice President leading the effort to coordinate information systems and business operations across several diverse and recently acquired business units with 17,000 employees and almost 200 locations. Marybeth holds a B.S. in Economics from Harvard University, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Operations from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
