Roger Hutson

Roger Hutson (Republican) of Denver serves as the business member on the commission from the 1st Congressional District. He was appointed for a term which will expire July 1, 2014. Commissioner Hutson is the President and CEO of HRM Resources, LLC., a private firm specializing in acquisition, operation and development of producing oil and gas assets. Previously, he served as the President of Paladin Energy Partners, LLC, which also specialized in the acquisition, operation and drilling of oil and gas assets. Hutson has served as both the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Colorado School of Mines, and as President of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. He currently continues to serve on the Board of Trustees for Colorado School of Mines and on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. Active in charity work, Hutson has supported the Childrens Hospital Gala, and Denver Center for the Performing Arts, including serving as the co-chair of the Saturday Night Alive gala. He is a member of Colorado Concern, an organization made up of CEO’s who are committed to addressing complex business and economic development issues.
