The Duchossois Group

We are both an investment company (Duchossois Capital Management) and a group of operating companies (The Chamberlain Group, HeathCo, Controlled Products Systems Group, and Brivo). We seek to build our companies by providing management support, capital resources and a long-term commitment to growth in value. We provide an environment which reflects our entrepreneurial spirit, leverages our operating experience, and places a priority on the development of our people and products. Our operating roots trace back to 1916 and a small freight car repair shop which became the foundation for the diverse group of companies that have been developed by the Duchossois family. We have significant minority investments in public and private companies where we see an opportunity to help create outstanding financial returns.
