Mr. Ross B. Kenzie serves as a Manager of Auction Ventures LLC. Mr. Kenzie served as an Executive Vice President and Director at Merrill Lynch & Co. and Merrill, Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in the New York worldwide headquarters. Since 1980, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Goldome Bank. He has been an Independent Director of Rand Capital Corp. since 1996. He serves as a Director of JumpSoft, Inc. He serves as a Trustee of the University of Buffalo and State University at Buffalo Foundation. He serves as a Director of Biomed Solutions LLC and Technology Innovations LLC. Mr. Kenzie served as an Independent Director of Biophan Technologies, Inc. from December 2000 to October 31, 2006. He served as a Director of Cementitious Materials Inc., and Naturalnano Inc. from 2005 to October 31, 2006; OpenSite Technologies, Inc. since January 1998; Federal Home Loan Bank of New York from 1984 to 1988; Merchants Mutual Insurance Company; and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Buffalo Branch from 1985 to 1987. Mr. Kenzie served on the Board of the Kaleida Health, Education, and Research Foundation from 1998 to 2000. He was also a Director of the College's Foundation. He served on the Council of the Burchfield-Penney Art Center from 1990 to 2001 and the Albright Knox Art Gallery from 1983 to 1985. He served as a Director at the Health Systems Agency of Western New York from 1988 to 1991 and a Member of the Western New York Commission on Health Care Reform from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Kenzie served on the Boards of the Savings Banks Association of New York State from 1984 to 1987 and the National Council of Savings Institutions from 1982 to 1986. He was a Director of Millard Fillmore Hospitals from 1982 to 1995 and also it’s Chairman Emeritus. He was a Member of the College Council at the State University College of Buffalo from 1981 to 1998 and also served as its Chairman. Mr. Kenzie received a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York.
