Andrew C. Meyer, Jr., is the co-founder of the Boston boutique law firm Lubin & Meyer, which he strategically developed into one of the country’s most successful medical malpractice law firms. Best Lawyers® named Meyer Boston’s “Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year” in 2011 and has selected him to its Best Lawyers® list for 18 consecutive years. Boston magazine honored Meyer in its “Best of Boston” issue, naming him the commonwealth’s “Top Personal Injury Lawyer,” and further recognized him as a “Top 100 Super Lawyer” from 2004-2012. Meyer has the added distinction of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly's selecting him as “Lawyer of the Year” and “One of the Most Influential Lawyers in the Past 25 Years,” as well as naming Meyer to their lists of “Massachusetts’ Most Powerful” and “Massachusetts’ Elite Few.” He has served on the National Advisory Board of the National Center for Patients’ Rights and on the Action Subcommittee on Patients’ Rights of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Meyer received a JD from Suffolk University Law School in 1974 and an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the Law School in 1999.
