Mr. J. Clifford Forrest, III founded Rosebud Mining Company in 1979 and also serves as its Owner and President. Mr. Forrest was Graduate Of University Of Pittsburgh, PA. in 1979. Under Mr. Forrest's direction, Rosebud has become Pennsylvania's third largest underground coal producer. Rosebud currently employs over 1,400 people at operations in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
