I worked 34 years at Accenture (retired in 2013). Spent 20 years leading consulting work at clients in Media, Consumer and Pharmaceutical companies. When Accenture IPO'd in 2001, I joined the Executive Team as the Head of Global Business Operations, then moved to SVP Finance, and from 2006 until I retired in 2013 was the company's CFO. Since 2011 I have served on six public company Boards (see experience below) - joined the board of 3M in May 2019 and currently serve on 3 public company boards (Merck, Progressive Insurance, 3M). I have global experience (have lived in both Europe and Asia) in the information technology and services industry. Board committee experience: Audit (Chair), Compensation, Technology, Governance. Consulting experience: Business Transformation, Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and Business Process Improvement.
